Diamond Grading Essentials
About Course
Learn the fundamentals of diamond grading in an efficient 17 hours of morning sessions, including hands-on experience evaluating color, clarity, and carat-weight, taking key measurements, judging polish and symmetry and estimating the weight of mounted diamonds. Taught primarily with a 10X loupe, 50% of the coursework is hands-on practice. Learn to confidently interpret and explain all information on grading reports, appraisals and other gemological documents.
